Keystone Real Estate – One of the Few You Can Actually Trust I’m usually skeptical when real estate agents call — most tend to overpromise and exaggerate, so I prefer dealing directly with developers. I honestly don’t even remember how my first interaction with Keystone started, but it turned out to be one of the few calls I’m glad I didn’t ignore. At the time, I was already negotiating with a developer on a ready-to-move property and wasn’t interested in talking to agents. That’s when Ms. Choudhury from Keystone called. I told her upfront I was already working on a deal. She simply asked, “If I can get you a better price from the developer, would you consider it?” I agreed — mostly out of curiosity, since I was sure the developer wouldn’t budge. To my surprise, she came back with a discounted price — one that I had tried very hard to negotiate directly with the developer, but they wouldn’t reduce even a single dirham. I was honestly impressed. Encouraged by that, I shared my actual budget with her, and she genuinely made a real effort to push the deal further and bring the price even closer to what I could afford. Although it was still slightly over my budget, she made a real effort to match my offer. That deal didn’t go through, but she stayed in touch — never pushy, always professional. Over time, she would occasionally share new project updates via WhatsApp, but always respectfully — unlike many agents who become overbearing. Eventually, a new project launched near our current home, and this time, I chose to deal with her directly. I was confident the pricing would be better through her than going directly to the developer — and I was right. After multiple discussions and negotiations, we finalized the deal through Keystone. I have to say — I’ve rarely seen someone as dedicated as Ms. Choudhury. She was always on our side, answered every question (even the silly ones!), and never once lost patience. I also want to thank Mr. Shishir Mishra, who I believe is the founder of Keystone. He personally supported us by arranging a more flexible down payment plan, which made a huge difference. While many agents promise this kind of help, the transparency and honesty from the Keystone team truly stood out. So here I am, finally writing this to say — thank you to Ms. Choudhury and Mr. Shishir for helping us make this dream a reality.
